The 46th Anniversary of Star Trek: The Initial Series is honored by an interactive Google doodle featuring figures in the legendary sci-fi series.
Google doodles are enjoyable, much more when they're interactive for example Saturday's 'Star Trek: The Initial Series' doodle, published to commemorate the 46th anniversary from the cult sci-fi tv series that broadcast on NBC in America from September 8, 1966 to June 3, 1969.
All of Google's letters is marked with a Star crew member having a story woven in to the doodle taking cues in the episode and also the show. The letter 'G' within the Google logo design is Spock, one if the wedding character in the series. The very first 'O' signifies the smoothness of Nyota Uhura and also the second 'O' features Captain James T Kirk, the commanding officer from the USS Enterprise. The letter 'L' resembles Hikaru Sulu.
