A couple of hrs ago, Bangladesh's treasured and many well-known Bangla author and film maker died from colon cancer departing countless fans mourning. Humayun Ahmed (64) would be a popular author, playwright and film director who fascinated huge numbers of people together with his famous figures Himu, Misir Ali, and Baker Bhai in Bangla literature, TV and film during the last 30 years.
Humayun Ahmed analyzed in the Dhaka College, where he later became a member of like a Lecturer in Chemistry. We continued to acquire a PhD in polymer chemistry in the North Dakota Condition College within the United States. Within the mid the nineteen nineties he left his job in the College to devote all his time for you to writing and creating film.
When his first novel Nandita Noroke (Inside a Blissful Hell) was released in early seventies, he arrived to the limelight. He embarked into film making throughout the nineteen nineties both as screen-author and director. His first film “Aguner Parashmoni” (Philosopher's stone of fireplace) won the nation's Film Award in eight groups, including Best Picture and finest Director.
